What is the difference between the Pro and App Store versions?
The core app is the same, but the Mac App Store version is subject to Apple's strict sandboxing rules. This means some advanced features (like automatic dock sync and seamless window cycling) cannot function as intended. The Pro version is unrestricted and delivers the complete experience. We recommend Pro for most users, but the App Store version is a great choice if you prefer the convenience of Apple's ecosystem and don't need those specific power features.
I already purchased on the App Store (or website). Can I get the other version for free?
Absolutely. Free cross-platform licenses for all customers. Just email me at human@dockshortcut.com with your proof of purchase from the email address you used to buy it. You will get your activation instructions there.
Do you collect my data?
Data is never collected UNLESS during trial activation, strictly to see what marketing efforts are working. If you purchase the Pro version, no such data is ever sent to us. Even during the trial, we do not track or send user statistics, app usage, or any other personal data. No worries!
